Shipping & Delivery: All our products are sent through Australia Post regular mail, although at times we may use a courier. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 once payment has cleared. As wedding products our time sensitive, we urge you to order asap and not leave any ordering to the last week of your wedding.
Privacy & Security: We will never give away any of your personal details. It really is that simple. We feel privledged to have your business and take that trust seriously.
Ordering: We have simplified our ordering process to save you time. You have the option of either ordering, without needing to sign up and become a member or you can become a member of our website and use your login details to sign in and order. The benefit of the later, is that you can add items in your wishlist and save time for future ordering.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: At this stage all our payments are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to order through our shop. You have the option of paying with your PayPal balance or any credit card. We are never sent your credit card details, only a receipt of payment sent.
